Free Wi Fi was available; the breakfast was NICE. Really loved the family king room, felt like we were home. Shuttle was a nice touch. We dined out at Ty Breiz, set a couple of blocks away from the hotel.
Cosy base for a family in Paris. Family-friendly place with private parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. We appreciated the view of the city. Breakfast looked amazing with a good choice of options.
The location was not the best, it's a pitty.
The room was nice, we also truly enjoyed the private parking. The restaurant was good for breakfasts. We were able to visit rodin museum, that was 2 km from the hotel.
The room was okay, we greatly enjoyed it. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Le Templier with nice drinks. Incredible base for discovering Paris. Excellent for visiting musee bourdelle.
The breakfast was very good, moreover the food in the evening in a restaurant was of very good quality and absolutely not expensive. Within walking distance of the eiffel tower, 2.8km. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Mini bar free at executive room. Wifi worked well
We had executive room, this room for four persons was a bit to small.
Very good hotel for paris standarts especially for families, room, breakfast, garage, service, all excellent.
Excellent hotel with normally big rooms, ideal for families
The room though not big, could fit 3 persons. Gare Montparnasse a few mts away
We had to ask everyday for 3 towels, 3 cups, etc, even though we had booked for 3 persons. Breakfast was not included in the rate.
Generall, room is clean and comfortable.
Dishes are not cleaned properly at breakfast restaurant.
Staff very helpful & friendly - sent me excellent email directions about getting to hotel from airport. Excellent breakfast. Rooms small-ish but very clean and well appointed.
Room was spacious.
Water leaked from the bottom of water tap. Water was leaking from shower room to wash room. View from this hotel is not good.
The room is very small, but this is common in Paris. The breakfast buffet is quite good.
A little bit far away from the metro station, 15 mins walking distance.
The room was clean and looking good, thus it was confortable for a family. It is easy to reach the hotel location by a car, and it is also convenient for sightseeing in the city by public transportations.
It was better it the toilet in the room would have its lock system.
The hotel was in a good location but be prepared to walk. Good breakfast and a quiet room.
They messed up my final bill, I settled my bill the night before due to an early departure. I had been charged for someone else's dinner. This was sorted. However, in the morning I was called to the desk and informed that I had not settled my bill and there was yet another dinner charge against my room number, even though it was plainly not my signature. Not confident I won't be charged for this meal.
Patrricia who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It was within easy acess of the Metro for sightseeing trip of Paris. It was within easy access of trains station for TGV to South of France. Appreciated the internet access in the lobby.
There was a conference of some type going on and access to the dining room was denied to other guests. We were forced to eat at high tables/bar stools (uncomfortable for a evening dinner), which are basically a part of the lobby. The conference people gathered in the lobby, so a quiet dinner for us was impossible. The dining service staff were not at all welcoming or helpful. When several guests (we did too) pointed out that the conference guests were only using about 1/4 of the dining room reserved for them (happened 3 out of 3 nights we were there) ...we/they were spokenn to very brusquely stating that we could sit in the other lobby type area or go elsewhere. I will recommend this hotel to friends but will not recommend the dining .
